30 DAYS FREE Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@trenchsafety.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted.  If your return is accepted, once your item is received at our warehouse then you can expect the refund or credit to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return  Address

Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to our return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Refunds

30 DAYS FREE Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day refunds policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order for a refund the be processed successfully, you must follow the three step exchanges process above. As mentioned, postage / shipping is your responsibility and is not included in the refund process. Only the cost of the item is refundable. Once we have received your order, checked it out and are happy with it, we will process your refund using the same payment method provided at checkout. Please allow 30 days for a refund.
