We ship within the United States only.
Flat Rate Shipping
Eligible orders are shipped at a flat rate of $600 USD, shown at checkout before you pay.
This is a standard rate covering typical deliveries to accessible sites in the contiguous United States. Because our products range from a 24-gallon cylinder to a 40ft container, some deliveries cost us considerably more than this to fulfil — oversize loads, long distances, remote or difficult-access sites, and deliveries needing a crane or specialist haulage.
If your delivery falls outside what the flat rate covers, we will contact you with the actual freight cost before dispatching anything. You are free to accept the adjusted cost or cancel for a full refund. We will not charge you more than the checkout total without your agreement, and we will not ship a partial or substituted order instead.
Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days of order confirmation. Oversize and permitted loads can take longer, and we will tell you if yours is one of them. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Site Access Is Your Responsibility
Delivery vehicles are large and often need a crane or tilt-bed. Before delivery, confirm there is a level, firm, unobstructed area big enough for the unit plus the delivery vehicle, with clear overhead access and no soft ground.
If the driver cannot deliver on arrival, redelivery and waiting charges apply at cost.
Propane Tanks — Permits and Installation Are Yours to Arrange
Propane tanks are regulated pressure vessels. Siting, setback distances and installation are governed by NFPA 58 and by your state and local authority, and installation must be carried out by a licensed propane professional. Underground tanks additionally require correct backfill and cathodic protection.
We deliver the tank. We do not install it, fill it, connect it, or obtain permits on your behalf.
Confirm that your permit is in place and your installer is booked before you order — a tank delivered to a site that cannot lawfully receive it is still your purchase.
What Delivery Includes
Delivery is to the curb or to an accessible point on your property. It does not include installation, connection, filling, commissioning or removal of existing equipment.
