This model is for natural gas. A Rheem Triton 100 gallon commercial gas water heater rated at 199,900 BTU input, suited to apartment buildings, multi-unit properties and restaurants, as a replacement or a new installation. The pictured unit carries Rheem branding and a Triton quick-start label, with a top-mounted power-vent blower.

Before you order: confirm your building has a natural gas supply sized for a 199,900 BTU/h appliance and a suitable vent route for a power-vented heater. Installation must be carried out by a licensed plumber or gas fitter in line with local code.
